Civil War Era Drum (delicate - Civil War Era Union Infantry combat field drum which came from an estate in Ohio.

  Reported to have been used by Ohio Infantry units during the Civil War.  Inside label say’s “Henry Eisele Bass and

Snare Drum Maker, New York.  Complete drum with side ropes; drum heads, and all metal with leather stays.  Union

 Eagle painting on the side consistent with drums of this period.  Painting could have been added after the War.

 Many Union drums had paintings added following the Civil War.  Drum wooden body is in excellent shape, drum heads,

 metal and leather stays are worn, but in good shape considering the age.  Excellent Civil War drum if you are in the

market for an exceptional piece of history);
